HNT Rallies By 10% Following Helium Mobile’s Partnership With Miami Hurricanes

HNT Outperforms The Broader Market

HNT, the native token of the Helium network, is the second-best performer amongst the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market cap. The coin added 10% to its value over the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $3.17 per coin.

The rally comes after the Helium Network announced on Thursday that Helium Mobile has secured a partnership with the Miami Hurricanes. Helium Mobile is a phone platform built on the Helium Network. Meanwhile, the Miami Hurricanes football team represents the University of Miami in college football.

Thanks to its rally, HNT is now one of the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market cap. The coin has added more than 110% to its value over the last 30 days, outperforming the broader cryptocurrency market.

HNT’s positive performance comes as Bitcoin, the world’s leading cryptocurrency by market cap, continues to trade around the $38k region. BTC has been struggling to break past the resistance level around the $40k region in recent weeks. 

At press time, the price of Bitcoin stands at $38,289, up by more than 1% over the last 24 hours. The total cryptocurrency market cap also increased by 1.4% and now stands at $1.44 trillion.
