Harmony Protocol announced via Twitter on Friday that it had upgraded its LayerZero Bridge.

Harmony Protocol announced via Twitter on Friday that it had upgraded its LayerZero Bridge. The upgrade will allow the bridging of 7 previously unaffected tokens that bridge to the Binance Smart Chain side, including the BEP20 versions of DAI, USDC, USDT, CAKE, ETH, ADA, and WND.

Users may now bridge the locked Horizon DAI (BEP20) and the other tokens mentioned above from Harmony back to Binance Smart Chain, the Harmony team added.

Harmony is a fast and secure blockchain for decentralized applications. Harmony's main focus is on achieving scalability by dividing not only the network nodes but also the blockchain states into shards, "scaling linearly in all three aspects of machines, transactions and storage."

ONE, Harmony Protocol’s native token, is down by 6% in the past 24 hours and currently trades at $0.01345.
