Decentraland announced in a tweet on Thursday that the wearable publication fee approved by its community will come into effect on May 26th. The team said its community voted for the Wearable publication fee to be set to a stable $500, rather than 500 MANA, to protect creators from the fluctuating value of MANA which would sometimes make the fee too high.

Decentraland is a virtual reality platform powered by the Ethereum blockchain. Users can create, experience, and monetize content and applications. One of the main features of the platform is the ability to purchase land in its virtual reality & build on it.

Decentraland’s MANA is up by 7% in the last 24 hours and currently trades at $1.1084
