Chainlink Lets Users Deposit Into Vaults Across Chains Without Bridging

Chainlink announced on Thursday via X that it has launched CCIP Vault Adapters — one-click cross-chain deposit infrastructure for vault providers.

CCIP Vault Adapters enable users to deposit from supported source chains, while core accounting, minting, redemptions, strategy logic, governance, and risk controls remain on one chain.

For standard ERC-4626 vaults, users can deploy CCIP Vault Adapters in minutes through a factory contract. Users on supported CCIP chains can deposit into ERC-4626 vaults on another chain without manually bridging assets or switching networks.

CCIP Vault Adapters are built on Chainlink CCIP, giving high-value vault flows a secure-by-default cross-chain foundation with Chainlink-powered messaging, token movement, and native rate limits.

Vault providers can scale distribution without assembling their own verification stack.

Chainlink is powered by the LINK token, which is used to pay for platform services and secure the network’s proper functioning. Chainlink leverages a novel fee model where offchain and onchain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve.

Chainlink is at the forefront of financial innovation and the global tokenization trend. Traditional financial institutions and infrastructure, such as SWIFT, DTCC, Euroclear, J.P. Morgan, Mastercard, the Central Bank of Brazil, UBS, SBI, Fidelity International, ANZ, and many others, are adopting Chainlink as a fundamental infrastructure as they move toward tokenizing trillions onchain. Demand for Chainlink has already generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue across a variety of traditional and decentralized use cases.

Chainlink Network (LINK) aims to provide tamper-proof inputs and outputs of data for smart contracts on any blockchain. LINK is down 2.9% over the past 24 hours, trading at $12.80.
