The Celo team announced via Twitter on Monday that it has partnered with Opera, one of the largest internet browsers in the world. The partnership will enable more than 100 million Opera Mini Wallet users in Africa to use cUSD for mobile airtime, Celo added.
Celo is an open platform that supports various distributed applications, smart contract development and payments using e-mail addresses and phone numbers as public keys. CELO is down by 1% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $0.792.
