Amazon Managed Blockchain (AMB) Access, a fully managed service that provides access to public and private blockchains, is adding support for Polygon PoS to offer developers a reliable, scalable and cost-efficient way to build Web3 applications.

The Polygon Labs team announced via a blog post on Tuesday that Amazon Managed Blockchain (AMB) Access, a fully managed service that provides access to public and private blockchains, is adding support for Polygon PoS to offer developers a reliable, scalable and cost-efficient way to build Web3 applications.

The team added that AMB Access now supports both the Polygon PoS mainnet as well as the Mumbai testnet in public preview. The access is free of charge during the public preview, although standard AWS data transfer charges still apply, where appropriate.

Thanks to this latest development, developers can now work with Polygon JSON-RPC APIs through always-on endpoints that offer predictable pay-as-you-go pricing to build applications that interact with Polygon PoS.

Polygon (previously Matic Network) is the first well-structured, easy-to-use platform for Ethereum scaling and infrastructure development. Its core component is Polygon SDK, a modular, flexible framework that supports building multiple types of applications. MATIC is up by 3% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $0.7512.
