Vertex Protocol, a decentralized exchange for derivatives and spot digital asset trading on Arbitrum, is integrating Chainlink Data Streams to access high-frequency market data on Arbitrum.

The Chainlink team announced on Tuesday that Vertex Protocol, a decentralized exchange for derivatives and spot digital asset trading on Arbitrum, is integrating Chainlink Data Streams to access high-frequency market data on Arbitrum.

Thanks to this integration, Vertex Protocol users will be able to access high-fidelity data at sub-second resolution using proven Chainlink infrastructure, which achieves robust performance and security even amidst unexpected events, such as exchange downtime, flash crashes, and data manipulation attacks via flash loans. Chainlink Data Streams will help ensure that Vertex Protocol is supported by low-latency market data, the team added.

Chainlink Network (LINK) aims to provide tamper-proof inputs and outputs of data for smart contracts on any blockchain. LINK is down by 2% over the past 24 hours and is trading at $14.217 at press time.
