The Uniswap team announced via X (formerly Twitter) on Friday that the Swap Protection feature is now available on the Uniswap Android app.

The Uniswap team announced via X (formerly Twitter) on Friday that the Swap Protection feature is now available on the Uniswap Android app. This allows users to protect themselves against frontrunning and sandwich attacks. It also minimizes surprises with a better fee-on-transfer token experience, the team added.

Uniswap is a decentralized exchange protocol built on Ethereum. To be more precise, it is an automated liquidity protocol. There is no order book or any centralized party required to make trades. UNI, the native token of Uniswap, is currently trading at $5.204, up by 1% in the last 24 hours.
