The EOS Network Foundation (ENF) announced via a blog post on Thursday that it has launched the EOS WebIDE.

The EOS Network Foundation (ENF) announced via a blog post on Thursday that it has launched the EOS WebIDE. The EOS WebIDE allows developers to write and deploy their smart contracts on the Jungle testnet or EOS mainnet with ease.

The new EOS WebIDE will empower developers with an efficient and user-friendly tool for learning and building on EOS with zero setup requirements. A Web IDE is an Integrated Development Environment that runs in a browser.

Some of the EOS WebIDE features include; Code highlighting and autocomplete, Building WebAssembly (WASM) directly from the browser, Deploy projects to the Jungle or Mainnet effortlessly, Interact with deployed contracts on Jungle, and Automatic code saving. 

EOS is a Delegated Proof-of-Stake cryptocurrency that launched in 2018 after a record-breaking ICO raising over $4.1bn. Its focus is on providing development flexibility, network scalability, and user-friendliness. EOS is down by 1% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $0.716 per coin.
