The Foundation explained that the program participants have the opportunity for collaboration, exchange of knowledge and purposeful contribution toward the progression of digital privacy.

The Community Builder contributors will earn 10,000,000 NAM tokens. To signify the foundational impact of the allocation of NAM tokens, it will be encoded into the genesis block of the Namada blockchain following the completion of the Retroactive Public Goods Funding (RPGF) Round, the team added.

The Community Builder RPGF Round, conducted through a Namada community voting, is slated to take place between November 20 and 26. The RPGF round seeks to recognize and reward early community members of the Namada protocol who have made significant contributions to the project’s core objectives.

Namada is a proof-of-stake L1 for asset-agnostic interchain privacy. Namada’s innovations include shielded transfers for any type of asset (fungible and non-fungible), providing one unified shielded set to offer the best privacy guarantees for every individual user.

Meanwhile, the Anoma Foundation is a Swiss non-profit focused on funding and coordinating the development of public goods, including Anoma’s intent-centric architecture and Namada, an L1 that brings the best multichain privacy to users today.
