On Wednesday, the Secret Network announced via Twitter that its Shockwave Alpha mainnet upgrade would take place on Wednesday, April 27th, 2022, at 2 PM UTC. The Secret Network had previously revealed that the Shockwave Alpha upgrade would introduce 500x performance improvements and a few other features. 

Secret Network is an interoperable blockchain infrastructure that aims to enable computational privacy for general-purpose smart contracts. SCRT is trading at $5.136 at press time, up by more than 2% in the last 24 hours.
