SEC Ends Investigation Into Immutable

On Tuesday, the Immutable team announced via X that the SEC has officially closed its investigations into Immutable. This comes after the regulator issued a Wells Notice to Immutable last year.

Immutable added that the SEC has closed its investigations and is taking no action against it. The team will not fully focus on building its growing Web3 gaming ecosystem.

Immutable X is an L2 scaling solution for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on Ethereum, with instant trading, massive scalability, and zero gas fees for minting and trading with shared security with the Ethereum mainnet. IMX is up 7% today, trading at $0.68 at press time.
