RoxomTV, the independent media subsidiary of Roxom Global, has announced its launch as the world’s first 24/7 Bitcoin‑native media network powered by a 100% Bitcoin treasury.
In a press release shared with Cryptowisser, Roxom Global, parent of both RoxomTV and Roxom, the Bitcoin-denominated securities exchange, confirmed it has secured $17.9 million in strategic financing.
The team raised a total of $7.9M for Roxom’s exchange from investors such as Draper Associates, Borderless Capital, Ego Death, and Kingsway Capital, and $10M in committed private funding for RoxomTV to scale global Bitcoin media coverage during the next four years.
Like Strategy and Metaplanet, RoxomTV has strategically adopted a Bitcoin treasury, becoming the first media network to fully integrate BTC into its financial architecture and operational model.
While commenting on this latest development, Helena Martel Seward, CEO at RoxomTV, said,
