The Polygon Labs team announced via X on Saturday that the Polygon zkEVM Mainnnet Beta faced an issue with its sequencer due to an L1 reorg.

The Polygon Labs team announced via X on Saturday that the Polygon zkEVM Mainnnet Beta faced an issue with its sequencer due to an L1 reorg. The team is currently working on fully resolving the issue and will follow up with a detailed post-mortem.

They further added that this only impacts Polygon zkEVM and does not impact Polygon PoS, Polygon CDK, or any chain that has deployed using Polygon CDK.

Polygon (previously Matic Network) is the first well-structured, easy-to-use platform for Ethereum scaling and infrastructure development. Its core component is Polygon SDK, a modular, flexible framework that supports building multiple types of applications. MATIC is up by 3% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $1.0167.
