The Polygon team announced via Twitter on Thursday that it has partnered with Ondo Finance, an institutional DeFi platform.

The Polygon team announced via Twitter on Thursday that it has partnered with Ondo Finance, an institutional DeFi platform. The partnership is designed to help drive the adoption of institutional-grade on-chain products and reshape traditional financial markets.

The Ondo Finance team believes that the arrangement with Polygon would facilitate more access on-chain to institutional assets.

Polygon (previously Matic Network) is the first well-structured, easy-to-use platform for Ethereum scaling and infrastructure development. Its core component is Polygon SDK, a modular, flexible framework that supports building multiple types of applications. MATIC is up by 18% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $0.8429.
