The Pancakeswap team announced the launch of the PancakeSwap Gaming marketplace via a blog post on Wednesday. The marketplace is a hub for gamers, developers and the community to play, build, and connect. 

At launch, PancakeSwap will feature their flagship game, "Pancake Protectors", and Binary X's "Pancake Mayor" game, with more to come. The platform provides developers with the chance to seamlessly integrate CAKE tokens and NFTs into their games, giving them the freedom to enhance the gaming experience and explore fresh monetization opportunities. Furthermore, PancakeSwap operates on nine popular blockchains, providing a welcoming environment for developers from diverse ecosystems. This ensures the broadest reach for games launched on the marketplace.

PancakeSwap is a BNB Chain-based decentralized exchange (DEX) with an automated market maker (AMM) model for swapping BEP-20 tokens. CAKE is up by 2% today and is currently trading at $2.662.
