Polygon announced via a blog post on Friday that MSP Recovery, a healthcare reimbursement recovery company, has partnered with Tokenology to launch a healthcare claims tokenization platform on Polygon. The platform, called LifeChain, will help eliminate fraud and benefit patients, care providers and insurers alike, the team added.
Polygon added that LifeChain is a fully tokenized Medicare, Medicaid and commercial claims recovery system protected by biometric security.
Polygon (previously Matic Network) is the first well-structured, easy-to-use platform for Ethereum scaling and infrastructure development. Its core component is Polygon SDK, a modular, flexible framework that supports building multiple types of applications. MATIC is up by 3% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $0.693.
