Mirae Asset Global Investments, one of Asia’s largest asset managers, signed an MOU with Ava Labs to pioneer fund tokenization and on-chain fund operations.

Mirae Asset Global Investments Partners with Ava Labs

On Thursday, the Avalanche Foundation announced via X that Mirae Asset Global Investments, one of Asia’s largest asset managers, signed an MOU with Ava Labs to pioneer fund tokenization and on-chain fund operations.

The collaboration will explore tokenizing funds in the U.S., Hong Kong, and other regulated markets. The initiative focuses on three areas:

  • Fund tokenization research (fractional ownership, accessibility, settlement)

  • Institutional integration with Avalanche’s partner network, and 

  • Pilot projects like on-chain portfolio management platforms

Avalanche is an open-source platform for launching Decentralized Finance (DeFi) applications and enterprise blockchain deployments in an interoperable, highly scalable ecosystem.AVAX is down 10.2% today and currently trades at $28.03 per coin.
