Kyber Network’s KyberSwap To Deactive Solana Support Starting on July 31st

The Kyber Network team announced via Twitter on Monday that KyberSwap would be deactivating support for Solana starting Monday, July 31st.

The Kyber Network team announced via Twitter on Monday that KyberSwap would be deactivating support for Solana starting Monday, July 31st. The team didn’t provide any reason behind this deactivation but apologized to users for any inconvenience caused. 

KyberSwap launched its aggregator on the Solana blockchain in November last year. The aggregator was designed to enable KyberSwap to provide excellent rates to Solana users. 

Kyber Network is an on-chain liquidity protocol that aggregates liquidity reserves to allow instant and secure token exchange in multiple decentralized applications (dApps). KNC, the native token of the Kyber Network, is up by more than 11% in the last 24 hours and currently trades at $0.677.

Solana is a high-speed single-layer blockchain, currently supporting peak capacity of 65k transactions per second and 400ms block times using a network timestamp system called Proof-of-History ("PoH"). SOL, the native coin of the Solana ecosystem, is up by more than 4% today and currently trades at $23.23.
