Klaytn Foundation Removes Alameda Research From Its Governance Council

The Klaytn Foundation announced via a blog post on Monday that Alameda Research is no longer a member of the Klaytn Governance Council, effective 12 November 2022.

The Klaytn Foundation announced via a blog post on Monday that Alameda Research is no longer a member of the Klaytn Governance Council, effective 12 November 2022. 

Following the collapse of FTX and Alameda Research, the Klaytn Foundation said it had concluded that Alameda Research is no longer fit to participate in governance or to operate a Klaytn consensus node. 

Klaytn is a public blockchain developed by Ground X, the blockchain arm of Korea’s internet giant Kakao with 50 million users worldwide. KLAY is up by more than 4% in the last 24 hours and now trades at $0.1742 per token.
