The Klaytn Foundation announced via X on Wednesday that it has extended the voting period for the Finschia Mainnet Merge proposal as requested by the community and governance members.
The extension is to allow all governance participants additional opportunities for further clarity and dialogue. The Klaytn Foundation proposed to merge the Klaytn and Finschia blockchains, thereby creating Asia’s largest Web3 ecosystem.
Klaytn is a public blockchain developed by Ground X, the blockchain arm of Korea’s internet giant Kakao, with 50 million users worldwide. KLAY is down by 6% in the last 24 hours and now trades at $0.1930 per token.
