Kite Adopts LayerZero’s OFT Standard

On Friday, the LayerZero team announced via X that Kite, the first AI payments blockchain, has adopted the OFT Standard to enable its native token, KITE, to be transferable across all connected blockchains.

The integration allows users to seamlessly bridge $KITE from BSC and Ethereum to Avalanche — expanding the reach of the agentic economy across ecosystems.

LayerZero is an interoperability protocol designed to facilitate seamless communication between different blockchains. It aims to create a unified, interconnected blockchain ecosystem where assets and data can move freely across various networks. ZRO trades at $1.43, down 3.2% in the last 24 hours.
