The Injective team announced via X on Thursday that its inEVM has launched on the mainnet. inEVM enables Ethereum developers to build dApps that leverage blazing-fast speeds & near-zero fees while achieving composability across WASM and EVM.

Injective added that inEVM was built in collaboration with Caldera, Hyperlane, and LayerZero Labs.

Celestia will serve as the Data Availability (DA) layer for the rollup while Pyth Network will be the Oracle provider. At the heart of inEVM is the native interoperability across the WASM and EVM environments. With Hyperlane, users can build interchain applications that abstract the complexities of the multichain world away from users, the team added.

Injective is an open, interoperable layer-one blockchain for building powerful DeFi applications. Injective uniquely provides plug-and-play financial infrastructure primitives, such as a high-performance on-chain decentralized exchange infrastructure, decentralized bridges, oracles, and a composable smart contract layer with CosmWasm. INJ is trading at $43.19, up by 8% in the last 24 hours.
