The Immutable X team announced via X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday that El Jefe Football is set to launch on the Immutable zkEVM platform, powered by Polygon.

The Immutable X team announced via X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday that El Jefe Football is set to launch on the Immutable zkEVM platform, powered by Polygon. El Jefe Futbol is a soccer manager game that aims to have all players on-chain.

The game seeks to utilize the full potential of zkEVM tech and grant players the ability to upgrade owned NFTs over time as they progress throughout the game. The game is being developed by Studio369 and the METAL CORE developers. 

Immutable X is an L2 scaling solution for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on Ethereum, with instant trading, massive scalability, and zero gas fees for minting and trading with shared security with the Ethereum mainnet. IMX is down by 3% today and is trading at $0.5613 at press time.
