A host of giveaways to mark the season are making this winter a Chrypto Crimbo for the community.

Crypto never sleeps…but it slows down when the holidays arrive. That’s not to say it’s all gone quiet onchain however: while validators validate and traders trade, some crypto companies have embraced the season of goodwill. A host of giveaways to mark the season are making this winter a Chrypto Crimbo for the community.

Crypto Companies Celebrate the Season

Never ones to let an event go to waste, Binance is making the most of the holiday season in style. The exchange powerhouse has rounded up a flurry of giveaways that will give traders ample incentives to keep active right through the holidays. But it’s not just focusing on the digital domain where crypto assets are traded: Binance also supports physical meet-ups that will bring crypto communities together.

Binance events have been planned for key global cities, including Madrid (Spain), Medellin (Colombia), Douala (Cameroon), Buenos Aires (Argentina), São Paulo (Brazil), Nairobi (Kenya), Dubai (UAE), Mexico City (Mexico), and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam). At the events, attendees can put a face to the exchange they know and love, meet like-minded people, and celebrate the season.

At the holiday events, Binance representatives will be giving away special gifts, including a total of $50,000 in BNB, with five winners each receiving $10,000. For Binance users who can’t attend in person there are still ways to mark their year in crypto, though, starting with Binance’s popular Year in Review feature. This annual end-of-year tradition highlights users’ achievements on the platform and showcases Binance’s accomplishments throughout 2023.

Binance is encouraging users to share favorite moments from their 2023 Year in Review on social media. The best posts that add personality in highlighting unique experiences will be rewarded with exclusive merchandise. Binance is also hosting a holiday giveaway worth $150,000 in BNB on social media, offering participants the chance to turn their Christmas wishes into reality. A total of six winners will be selected to receive $25,000 each.

A Sprinkle of Holiday Magic

Binance isn’t the only crypto company pulling out all the stops for the holiday season. Wallet developer Magic has also gotten in on the act, by gifting their employees with an end-of-year gift-giving program. By setting up a digital wallet, Magic’s employees can mint NFTs redeemable for special holiday gifts.

Magic is a wallet-as-a-service provider specializing in helping brands create whitelabel web3 wallets. This allows businesses to introduce their customers to features such as digital collectibles and reward tokens. Magic’s gift-giving program allows companies to bolster their web3 strategy via the minting of themed NFTs that celebrate the holiday season.

Azarus Doubles the Festive Cheer

Finally, web3 streaming platform Azarus has decided to finish 2023 on a high with its Winter Wins campaign. Starting on Christmas Day and running through till January 8, the gaming platform is offering double rewards for participants who play Azarus games on streams. There’ll also be daily giveaways on Twitter and Discord that will see AZA tokens awarded.

Azarus is giving away thousands of dollars from December 25 through its social media channels and is also offering 50% off all items in the Azarus Prize store. The highlight of the Winter Wins campaign, however, is the double rewards for players who stream Azarus games. This provides heightened incentives to check out titles such as Trivia and Ocean Bounce and to share the experience with the Azarus community by streaming live progress.

When the bull market is in full swing, crypto investors can find it hard to step away from the charts – even when it’s the holidays. Thanks to the efforts of companies like Binance, Magic, and Azarus, it’s possible to stay connected with crypto this Christmas while still having some fun.
