The Axie Infinity team has informed its community via Twitter that its marketplace is currently under maintenance. However, the team didn’t provide further information regarding the nature of the maintenance, if there is any major update on the way, or when the marketplace will be back online. 

Axie Infinity is a Pokémon-inspired digital pet universe built on the Ethereum blockchain where anyone can earn token rewards through skilled gameplay and contributions to the ecosystem.

AXS, the native token of the Axie Infinity ecosystem, is up by more than 3% today and currently trades at $13.52
