The Avalanche team announced via X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday that its Blizzard Fund has invested in Movement Labs.

The Avalanche team announced via X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday that its Blizzard Fund has invested in Movement Labs. The investment will enable Movement Labs to grow the adoption and development of Move, a smart contract development language with embedded safeguards protecting against attack vectors like reentrancy that cost Web3 users billions of dollars annually.

Furthermore, Movement Labs is launching the Movement SDK (software development kit), which will agnostically deliver secure and high-performance Move environments directly to established blockchain ecosystems

Avalanche is an open-source platform for launching Decentralized Finance (DeFi) applications and enterprise blockchain deployments in an interoperable, highly scalable ecosystem.AVAX is up by 2% so far today and currently trades at $9.31 per coin.
