The Algorand Foundation announced via X on Monday that Algorand Ventures made a strategic investment in Gora Network.
Gora Network is an Oracle built on the Algorand blockchain. It is a decentralized oracle network designed to empower blockchain applications with secure, reliable, and real-world offline data. The investment will fuel Gora’s ambitious roadmap, driving development in key areas like; business development to grow the number of apps building on Algorand, scaling Gora's infrastructure, expanding the product suite, growing and nurturing the Gora developer ecosystem, and R&D.
Algorand is an open-source, permissionless, Pure Proof-of-Stake (PPoS) blockchain protocol for “the next generation of financial products.” As such, Algorand ensures "full participation, protection and speed within a truly decentralized network."
