The Algorand Foundation announced via Twitter on Tuesday that it has reached a few broad-reaching partnerships in India. Algorand Foundation has partnered with T-Hub, India's premier innovation hub, with 600+ corporate partners, including Intel, AWS, Boeing, Meta, Microsoft, and Cisco, among others. This partnership will support startups and established companies building high-impact, scalable blockchain-based solutions.

Furthermore, the foundation has also partnered with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad and the Indian School of Business. The partnerships will see the Algorand Foundation launch faculty development programs, student developer training, and a master class series for companies looking to transition critical business processes to Web3.

Finally, Algorand will act as a technology partner for the new $50 million Global Climate Resilience Fund – launched by the Clinton Foundation and its Clinton Global Initiative, with SEWA as a founding partner – geared towards helping women micro-entrepreneurs address climate change.

Algorand is an open-source, permissionless, Pure Proof-of-Stake (PPoS) blockchain protocol for “the next generation of financial products.” As such, Algorand ensures "full participation, protection and speed within a truly decentralized network."  ALGO is trading at $0.2786 at press time, up by more than 6% in the last 24 hours.
