The Algorand Foundation announced in a tweet on Wednesday that Fracctal Monsters has now joined the Algorand ecosystem. Fracctal Monsters is a new play-to-earn NFT monster taming project. According to the Algorand Foundation, Fracctal Monsters will create a game design-driven NFT project that utilizes the advantages of the Algorand blockchain.

Algorand is an open-source, permissionless, Pure Proof-of-Stake (PPoS) blockchain protocol for “the next generation of financial products”. As such, Algorand ensures "full participation, protection and speed within a truly decentralized network".

ALGO is trading at $0.7935 at press time, down by more than 3% in the last 24 hours.
