Chainlink announced via X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday that the DeFi platform Affine has integrated Chainlink CCIP across the Ethereum and Polygon mainnets. Affine is leveraging CCIP’s arbitrary messaging capabilities to help build cross-chain NFT bridging functionality for Affine Pass NFTs, which helps enable seamless and secure NFT movements between supported chains.

Affine said it selected CCIP as its go-to interoperability solution for the Affine Pass because Chainlink has a proven track record of maintaining the highest standard of security and reliability in Web3. Affine Protocol is dedicated to automating and simplifying DeFi yield strategies and making DeFi accessible to everyone.

Chainlink Network (LINK) aims to provide tamper-proof inputs and outputs of data for smart contracts on any blockchain. LINK is down by 3% over the past 24 hours and is trading at $10.894 at press time.
