Line Corporation, a Japanese social media and messaging software firm has announced the plan to launch its own NFT marketplace on April 13th. The announcement, which came yesterday, confirmed that the marketplace will be called “LINE NFT”, offering more than 100 types of NFTs.
The LINE NFT launch will be supported by entertainment companies Square Enix and Yoshimoto Kogyo, with the latter offering a limited edition NFT video dubbed “Yoshimoto NFT Theater.” LINE NFT will only operate in Japan.
