The Immutable team announced via X on Tuesday that Shutdown is launching on Immutable zkEVM, powered by Polygon. Shutdown is an action-packed web3 gaming IP set in a dystopian universe where AI has taken over.

Players will participate in a classic top-down shooter genre and supercharge it with the power of on-chain technology. The game is being developed by GS4E, which comprises industry veterans from Ubisoft, Disney, and Pixar

Immutable X is an L2 scaling solution for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on Ethereum, with instant trading, massive scalability, and zero gas fees for minting and trading with shared security with the Ethereum mainnet. IMX is down by 1% today and is trading at $2.1203 at press time.
