On Wednesday, the LayerZero team announced via X that it has introduced OneSig, an open-source solution for executing any number of transactions across blockchains with a single signature.
According to LayerZero, OneSig breaks down a transaction flow into the following discrete components: Proposal, Transaction bundling / Leaf construction, Merkelization, Signature, Aggregation, and Execution. LayerZero will begin migrating to its signing environment in the coming days.
LayerZero is an interoperability protocol designed to facilitate seamless communication between different blockchains. It aims to create a unified, interconnected blockchain ecosystem where assets and data can move freely across various networks. ZRO trades at $2.966, up 4.4% in the last 24 hours.
