On Wednesday, the Near Protocol announced via a blog post that Kyber Network’s KyberSwap will be integrating NEAR Intents to deliver deeper cross-chain liquidity, better rates, faster finality, and best-in-class user experience.
Thanks to the integration, users will be able to swap Bitcoin, Dogecoin, USDC, Tether, and NEAR natively, without the hassle of bridging and slippage, and perform trades by signing in with any WalletConnect-compatible EVM wallet (such as Metamask and Coinbase) or their favorite Solana, NEAR, Bitcoin, or Doge wallets.
NEAR Protocol is a decentralized application platform designed to make apps similarly usable to those on today’s web. The network runs on a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism called Nightshade, which aims to provide dynamic scalability and stabilize fees. NEAR is trading at $2.652, down 8.9% in the last 24 hours.
Kyber Network is an on-chain liquidity protocol that aggregates liquidity reserves to allow instant and secure token exchange in multiple decentralized applications (dApps). KNC, the native token of the Kyber Network, is down 4.8% in the last 24 hours and currently trades at $0.3436.
