The Ontology team announced on Twitter earlier today that it would be upgrading its mainnet on Feb. 28.

The Ontology team announced on Twitter earlier today that it would be upgrading its mainnet on Feb. 28. The upgrade will allow the blockchain to gain Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) support and a few other updates. 

Ontology is a high-performance public blockchain and distributed collaboration platform. Ontology aims at solving the trust problem with blockchains, with a prime focus on issues such as identity security and data integrity.

ONT token has lost less than 1% of its value in the last 24 hours and now trades at $0.5081.
